Joey Lesher, a senior defender from Carmel, Ind. had an impressive week against two SLIAC opponents this week. In the first game against Webster University, Lesher helped the back line defend the game to a shutout and added the game winning goal in overtime. The Golden Eagles finished with the 1-0 win. In the 5-2 victory over Iowa Wesleyan Lesher added another goal to mark his sixth of the season. The men’s soccer team went undefeated in conference play and is preparing to host the semifinal SLIAC match.
