PRESTONBURG, Ky. – Spalding University men's golfer
Nolan Keeler took the individual crown at the UPike Fall Invitation Sunday at Stonecrest Golf Club in Prestonburg, Ky. helping the Golden Eagles to a third place finish in the team standings.
Keeler held a two stroke lead after the first round over Centre's James Folz after shooting a 71 on day one. Keeler turned in a 74 in the final round to best Centre's Joshua Peters by three strokes.
Kendall Hale tied for 13
th at the invitational shooting a 10 over-par 154.
Coby Johnson finished 22
nd carding 158, while
Caleb Popp placed 27
th shooting a 163.
Jack Michels,
Isaiah Scott, and Bradley Jones would rounded out the Spalding entries finishing 36
th, 41
st and 42
nd.
