Kelly Harrod, a 5-9 senior forward from Mount Washington,KY (Bullitt East), became the sixth player in Spalding women’s basketball history to surpass the 1000 point mark this past Tuesday in the season opener at Transylvania University.  Harrod scored 21 points and pulled down 10 rebounds in the Golden Eagles’ 72-68 victory.

A two-time All-Conference and All-American selection, Harrod now has 1010 career points and ranks sixth on the Spalding all-time scoring list.
