Golden Eagles Finish Third in Thanksgiving Classic

The Spalding University Basketball team coming off a tough loss last night came out on top today against Alma College 65-52.  The Golden Eagles were a different team today shooting 52% from the field compared to yesterdays 33%.  Jametrius Brasher once again had a dominating performance with 2o points 4 rebounds 1 block and 2 steals.  Thomas Blakemore was a big reason for the Golden Eagles success today when he went 7-11 from the field totaling 15 points.  Quayshaun Hamilton added 10 points for a season high.

The Golden Eagles are back in action at home this Monday when they take on MacMurray College.  Game time is 8pm.
