Brasher’s Double Double Leads Golden Eagles Past Griffins

Spalding beat Fontbonne 49-44 Thursday night in St. Louis. The Golden Eagles had an outstanding night defensively, blocking 6 shots and holding the Griffins to a 30.4 field goal percentage for the game. Jametrius Brasher led the Golden Eagles with 16 points, 13 rebounds, and 4 blocks. Up next for Spalding is a road game Saturday against the Westminster Blue Jays.
