Golf Programs Announce Their Fall Schedules
The golf programs have released their schedule for the upcoming fall season. The men’s team will start their year on September 9th in Danville, KY at the Centre College Invitational. This will be an exciting start for the team as last year they finished a season best, 4th place, at this same tournament. They will be participating in 5 total matches in the fall with the season concluding at Transylvania University in the Transylvania Fall Invitational on October 16th.
The women will be competing in 3 of the same tournaments this year as they did last year. The first of those will be their season opener in Lexington, KY at the Transylvania Invitational. The other two tournaments are the Centre College Invitational in Danville, KY and the last tournament of the year which is the Wittenberg Invitational. The team has also added the Hanover Invitational onto the schedule which will take place September 11th and 12th. This tournament will be played at two different courses with Sunrise Golf Club being played on day one and Shadow Wood Golf Club being played on day two.
